DuoSolve Solutions is a product and technology studio in Pune. We design and build digital products, and we're getting ready to launch a new one. We need people who can take it to the people who need it. You'll be one of the first voices our customers hear.
Sales Intern / Sales Associate
Sales isn't about your degree. It's about you. We don't care which college you went to, or whether you went at all. We care about how you talk to people, how you handle a "no", and whether you follow through.
About the role
What you'll do
- Talk to potential customers on calls, over email, on LinkedIn and in person
- Understand what they need and show them how our product helps
- Find and qualify new leads, and keep track of every conversation
- Follow up until there's a clear yes or no
- Share what you hear from customers with the product team
- Learn the product inside out and help shape how we sell it
Who we're looking for
- You're confident and comfortable talking to people you don't know
- You communicate clearly and persuade without being pushy
- You take ownership. When something's yours, you see it through
- You like the pace of a startup and don't need everything spelled out
- You're eager to learn and grow fast
- You're a fresher or have up to 1 year of work experience
No specific degree is required. If you've sold anything, organised something, led a team or simply talked people into a good idea, that counts.
